You might not be breaking any rules, especially if you aren't a student yourself, but I think in that example it's very clear you'd still be on the wrong side of a moral boundary. Cheating with someone else is a little more of a grey area. I'd still say that, given "cheating is bad" as a premise, being on either side of it--as the person cheating or the third party--would be wrong.
