You're what? Lonely? emotionally weak? Freak out alot? Now I am not writing that to make you feel bad, I write it for a couple reasons. These words are how you will be perceived by others...and someone even more important than anyone else - yourself. You are defining your reality as lonely, emotionally weak, and unstable. What I am going to recommend is going to sound crazy, but it will help. You are going to need to first feel your emotions fully. We want to only live the fun and happy moments …

Exactly brother. You nailed it. There is a difference between genuine self amusement and someone awkwardly trying to fill a silence. Speak because you enjoy the words you are speaking, not because you feel a need to.

Stop labeling yourself things that you perceive as weaknesses about yourself, as the words we use define us. Then, after that, stop looking to get laid and look to talk to people. The conversation should be about them, not you. You know you - You know who you don't know? Them. Let people speak and enjoy their presence and soon they will enjoy yours.

The dedication. I guarantee it. Dedication and endurance is a character trait, the fact that he lost that weight is what made his character stand out - he sets a goal and doesn't stop until he's finished. He also probably ignored her when working out, instead of creepin' or being pathetic towards her - woman admire men who do what they want regardless of what others think, it's a confidence thing.

"You should be proud of yourself." and smile. Repeat the compliment in a slightly teasing flirty tone - it's good stuff.

The only reason you'd have approach anxiety is if you expect some outcome from the encounter other than the interaction itself. Sounds like you need to develop an internal locus of control. That means stop letting others behavior dictate how you feel. With an internal locus of control you can literally say anything you want because you only need your own approval, as opposed to external locus of control where you need all peoples approval.

Then walk up to someone and start talking - wanting something doesn't make it so, action does.

No, because I love myself. If you love yourself you'll never be alone. Treat yourself like you want to fuck yourself.

The pain makes me happy now that I've changed my mindset, and happiness just feels good man. Pretty much that mindset just allows me to be real relaxed and take things as they come and even when it causes me pain, I remain happy because the pain will cause personal growth - I still feel the pain, but I feel happy too. That's what it really comes down to - I've just been taking everything as it comes and enjoying the moment for exactly what that moment is - be it pain, sadness, happiness, joy, re…

I've been living life as if it's a simulation made specifically to watch my rise to greatness. Plus I changed my mindset on pain, frustration, and failure. Instead of feeling the hardship, I get really happy because most personal growth comes from pain, frustration, and failure and so the fact that I'm feeling it means I'm growing. This alone has changed my life, and I was pretty bad off at one point. If you feel good, and love yourself you can overcome damn near anything

Idk, maybe. I think it's going better than I thought. Today some stuff happened that really makes me think she is into me. I'm going to try and get her number tomorrow - as soon as I do, I'm thinking about texting her a genuine compliment then going to my seat.

It's not the patience, it's the confidence that patience alludes to. Confidence truly is the most attractive quality - next to convenience (availability) I've noticed some things I've done that have resulted in attention, and I truly believe it all comes back to confidence. Agree with them when they insult you (nonchalant attitude towards them when agreeing) Eye contact. Eye contact. Eye contact. (If you aren't sure when to look away, don't decide, instead make eye contact until they look away, …
