17	Flaorida FSU QB is charged with assault and battery for punching a girl who kicked and punched him first even after trying to restrain her raised fist. He has been charged with assault and battery. Why does it matter if it's equal. No it's not equal but he didn't use deadly force, or a weapon. She wasn't even knocked out. That dumb cunt knew that the person she was assaulting was much bigger and stronger than her. She should have considered the possibility that if you hit someone they have a right to hit you back. Yes he hit her harder, but no he didn't hit her as hard as he could or continue to hit her after the first.
