She may still be into you, but she probably just wants to focus on other things/people at the moment. College is a place to meet people, but you meet people there only because you're stuck in a limited physical, financial, and/or temporal space! The virus has changed those variables so some people have more/different options. I get the feeling that she may want to explore those options; let her do so.
