1	Alpha/Beta nonsense (RANT(?) I usually would ask that specific dude how many close friends he has. Unfortunately some do self victimise and they dont work on learning to build close relationship with anyone. This happens with both men and women. So therapy is good advise. 18	One of the most important reasons of why men are so into the redpill is men being jealous o women hability of getting physical attention so easely. I will go a bit non tangent here. The key to fight this narration is having self compassion for ourself and other gender. 20	the key to freedom from all types of pill ideologies (red-pill, blue-pill, etc.) is realizing that women are very very similar to men when it comes to their brain. I agree and wonder why it so complicated for people to understand. We all are by products of parenting we received and peer group we lived in.
