Can confirm from most of the powerlifters I know. You realize you don't have to deal with people's shit and a switch clicks. Everything changes and you don't care about female attention. Funny thing is, the less you want a woman the more interested they are to be with you. You have to spell it out that you don't give a shit.

Hell yes. I used to drink at least 10 beers everyday at some point. Over time that declined. Now I have 1 or 2 beers with a friend and that is usually every 2-3 weeks. I am glad to have made the decision to be clean.

Some of them simply ask "You can easily get a girlfriend so why don't you?" and I am OK with that to a certain degree.
