Black men get the reputation of being "dangerous" which is more of a problem in our legal system than it is a benefit with women. But "dangerous" men give women the tingles for sure. White men can easily give women the tingles without that. White men can adopt a "dangerous" persona if they want to. Black men, on the otherhand, can't escape it and on the rare occasions they do, they are racistly called oreos. Not trying to be racist - that's just how it is.
