Yeah, that's why I suggested a therapist. It's an incredibly broad statement, and I'm not sure that you're being rational because you didn't provide context. Nobody should be totally carefree. That would be recklessness. What's healthy is to learn to care about those things which actually matter, and to give no or mininal energy to those which do not or which you cannot change. You're not a prisoner to your thought patterns though, and I sense a bit of a language barrier, so if you simply mean y…

You didn't give much detail, but based on what you said, it sounds like your money would be better spent on a therapist than a dating coach.

Just ignore that. There is some good advice here. If you're willing to be direct, you could really just say that you want to kiss him. It will likely make things way less tense for both of you, and things will be smoother as they progess forward. If you want him to make the move, the advice people are giving about being physical, touching him a lot, purposeful eye contact, etc. should give the signal. However, some guys are oblivious to that sort of thing, or too nervous/self-doubting to act on …

I found "The Way of the Superior Man" by David Deida to be extremely helpful when I was first starting out for understanding the masculine-feminine dynamic, how women think, what attracts them, and what turns them off. It's very relevant to everything you said. It's the type of shit I feel like guys should learn as they're growing up, but unless you are super natural and intuitive, or you're lucky and have someone who explains things to you, you're left shooting from the hip. This is especially …

Oww, you're bending it! Lol...seriously though, if something hurts he'll tell you. Don't worry about it.

Phenibut is extremely helpful for me in social situations. It obliterates social anxiety, and it puts me in a really good state. I find it much more agreeable than alcohol. Alcohol feels sloppy to me. Phenibut gives the same "lubrication" while leaving you otherwise fully functional. It is addictive, however, so you have to be careful with it. I use it once a week at the very most, and usually not even that much. It's also worth recognizing that while things like this may be helpful, they can be…

Don't be needy. Accept what you cannot change and move on with your life. Keep doing you. It may not get her interested in you again, but it's almost certainly the only thing that might. She's already sent a pretty clear message, so you need to at least act like it doesn't phase you. Continuing to pursue someone who is ignoring you just makes you seem desperate. It sounds like it was a casual thing, and you need to show that you can handle that. I get being let down, but you shouldn't let a girl…

Cool man. Glad you came around. It was big of you to say this. Try to remain self-aware. This shit is difficult for most of us. We all get frustrated and down on ourselves, but if you find yourself becoming angry or blaming others, you're headed down a dark path. That's the way of the incel. It leads to an absolute stunting of personal growth and a really sad life. You're in the driver's seat.

You don't see things the way they are. You see things in a way that protects your ego and makes it not your fault. You need to be honest with yourself and find humility. Then you can actually start becoming someone who is attractive, rather than throwing egotistical tantrums about how you already are but women are just too stupid to realize it. You have the /r/niceguys mindset dude. You should browse that subreddit and really try to understand why everyone is making fun of people who think like …

This post belongs in /r/niceguys. You are the problem dude, not the women. Until you accept reality, adjust your thinking accordingly, and take responsibility for yourself nothing is going to change for you. You call it caveman logic, and put yourself above it somehow. You inflate your ego by blaming the women for not noticing how great you are, and say shit like "maybe i'm supposed to make something great". These are transparent attempts to cover for your inadequacy. Face yourself dude. Most of…
