Pre-ejaculate (or precum) is largely made up of secretions from the bulbourethral glands but contain trace amounts of sperm; hence, why pulling out is often ineffective as a form of contraception. A vasectomy is exactly as its name implies: surgical separation of the vas deferens, which are basically tubes that deliver sperm from the epididymus of each testicle to the urethra. In a vasectomy reversal, the surgeon reconnects the cut vas deferens. Barring complications from surgery or healing (eg,…

Medically speaking, frothy vaginal discharge may be a sign of Trichomoniasis, an STI. If it had more of a cottage cheese appearance (I’m serious), may be vaginal candidiasis, not an STI but rather a fungal infection. If you or your partner sees frothy vaginal discharge, I’d encourage your partner to see a doctor, either a primary care or OB/GYN. That's actually a fantastic idea (i.e., to recommend him NMMG), I have audible, so I can easily share my credentials with him (and should he peruse The Rational Male, all the better). Thankfully, he already sees a psychiatrist, though I really should encourage him to follow-up because I believe it's been a while since their last session. Thank you for the advice!

Red pilled med student popping in; on my psychiatry clerkship now, and I agree with this comment 100%: systematic desensitization therapy, a form of cognitive behavior therapy, is preferred non-pharmacological intervention for specific phobias and requires one expose oneself to the stimulus (e.g., hot women) that provokes the anxiety and learn to think differently about the stimulus. Ideally, systematic desensitization is done under controlled circumstances and works best with escalation; that i…
