Having a wife or partner is absolutely a status signifier for men, just like having a husband is for women. Especially in the career sphere. Furthermore, having an AI boyfriend/girlfriend will be an absolute status killer. There are things that both genders won't be able to get from AI boyfriends/girlfriends. For men, AI girlfriends won't offer the status of a wife, the emotional labor women perform in outside relationships, pregnancy and parenting, or domestic labor. For women, AI boyfriends wo…

Sometimes I question if these people have even met a woman before lol

Totally agree. In my opinion, more educated people are actually more likely to be attractive. The people I went to grad school with are absolutely more attractive than your average person: more put together, take care of themselves physically, women wear makeup and clothes that suit them well. And the same absolutely goes for my husband's past med school classmates, and now, colleagues and coworkers. People pursing higher education are more likely to come from wealthier (or at least UMC) familie…

Very much agree with this. Almost every woman I know, including myself, is still in a relationship with or marrying the person they met in their early 20's in college or right after. I suppose it could have something to do with class, but I know very few women who fit into the Red Pill myth of a woman who fucks around in her early 20's and then eventually tries to settle down with some loser 🤷‍♀️

Personally and in my circle, absolutely not. For context, I'm a 26 year old therapist and the people in my circle are in careers of similar caliber and education level. I personally am very attracted to men who are educated, successful, intelligent and driven, and so are the people I spend time around. For example, my fiance is a medical student and several people in my circle are dating doctors and lawyers. Nobody in my circle would ever date someone like MGK or Pete - sure, they have money. Bu…

I completely agree that this girl was just being friendly/flirty and not actually trying to bang you. Even if she was, she'd be one of VERY few young women who actually like older men. No young women I know are actively attracted to older men. Even if they are attractive, they will still be the butt of a joke at the bar after they hit on one of us and we turn them down.

Seconding this. I'm a 25 year old female and not a single one of my friends throughout my early-mid twenties has dated - or even slept with - a guy over 30. When older guys (35+) hit on my friends and me at bars, it's consistently seen as pathetic and gross. I've had a couple of friends in sugar baby-esque situations, but they were never even remotely attracted to the man, and always just in it for the money. I'm really not sure where r/theredpill gets the idea that young women are interested in…

Oh yeah, and according to r/purplepilldebate, being 5'10 destroys your dating prospects as a woman. Sure 🙄

This makes me think of a monologue from an episode of Louis CK's show where he starts hanging out with an overweight woman. Louis feels uncomfortable about it because he likes her, but doesn't like to be seen with her. Here's the quote: "I mean, come on, Louie, be honest here. You know what’s funny? I flirt with guys all the time. And I mean, the great looking ones, like the really high caliber studs? They flirt right back. No problem. Because they know their status will never be questioned. But…

I just hope they're saving money for when they're too old to sell their bodies anymore and have no marketable skills. Also you could hustle and make plenty of money with a career that makes a positive impact on the world rather than degrading yourself and adding to the objectification of other women.

Not terrified of hot chicks - terrified of hot chicks who know that they're hot. Because a person with high self esteem and standards asks more from a partner than someone who doesn't know what they're worth, and you more than likely aren't going to be able to live up to those standards. So you don't stand a chance. If I may ask, why does it bother you when a woman says she's attractive?

LMAO as if women don't know when they're attractive. We're shown how we rate on the attractiveness scale every day of our lives since puberty - if not sooner. Sorry that it intimidates and angers you when a woman knows she's hot 😂

This exactly. I'm 24 and at my age, it's hard to expect to find a guy who is completely accomplished in his career unless you're willing to date several years older (which I'm not, I prefer to date people around my age). Especially since guys in their early 20's are either only a couple years out of school or still in school (med school, grad school, etc). I'll probably get downvoted for this, but personally think it's better to meet someone earlier in life and grow/build a life together. As OP …

Rare as it is, women can be narcissistic abusers just as men can. I've seen it in my clinical work. If her aim was to damage his career and life, which would be my guess, she has definitely succeeded. From the perspective of someone who has worked with individuals with narcissistic personality disorder, I would guess that her goal would be to punish him for the misdeeds she perceived him as committing. I tend to always take the side of the woman in these circumstances, but this is one situation …

Statistically it is extremely rare that women make up domestic violence accusations. However, that in no way means that it doesn't happen. I think it's very important to stay unbiased in these situations and look at the evidence and logic of the situation rather than my own feelings and emotions. The fact of the matter is that she had no concrete allegations towards him, while she herself actually had a past arrest for domestic abuse. She released a video of him upset and angry, slamming cabinet…

The audio is pretty incriminating and she was obviously gaslighting him and using standard manipulator/abuser tactics.

If it helps at all, my boyfriend exhibits all of these traits (besides the family man one, but neither of us want kids anyway). I met him on Tinder of all places! Five years later and we're picking out rings. Good luck in your search, I know you'll find a great guy!

How ironic that you’d criticize the work of women in very competitive and difficult fields while being too incompetent to write a coherent sentence. Keep up the good work

Maybe you'd have better relationships with women if you treated them as actual human beings instead of objects to own who have no purpose but to serve you? Just a thought
