First of all great post. Question, what's a rotary club and what do they do? I'm looking for clubs to join because of boredom

Haha I know how you feel about the please approach me eyes. I get that some times too. Honestly sometimes I don't even notice it and didn't get the hint until after the fact. I'm too in my head sometimes and preoccupied with other things and then bam the moment is over and then I realized what happened. The sad thing is the girls I do approach end up being taken or unavailable. :/ c'est la vie

Sure, but that's assuming you have a good idea that makes money and be sure to survive those months/years in which you're not making money. 6 months is a generous amount. Most people don't start to make money until 2/3 years after they start if at all. It's definitely possible but you'd be taking a huge risk to be able to make it happen. For some people, it's a question if that risk is worth pursuing this lifestyle.

To make a 4 hour work week a reality, you have to put in the hours to make that kind of money or have a killer business idea. Although Mark Manson has lived that life of the 4 hour work week, it still took him a shit ton of sacrifice and hard work to make it work. Building up such a huge fanbase didn't just happen overnight. It's not as simple as "quitting your job and making money off the internet". There's no guarantee you'll succeed and if you don't have anything to fall back or or to hold yo…

I feel ya, as an attractive guy in engineer. It was like pulling teeth during college because girls were very few and far between and most of the good ones are usually taken. I wish I can tell you that it gets better after college but the ratio doesn't get any better when you start working. As an engineer, you really have to go out there and find them as opposed to finding them in your everyday life. But that's what traveling, parties are for!

No its not all in my head. It's a fact of life. You're assuming a lot of information based on 2 sentences that I wrote Girls get invited out to parties more often than not. They are the one people usually approach and talk to. They get free shit at the clubs, they don't have to pay for everything. People pay attention to the guy with the hot girl next to him more than the group of guys. If the girl is attractive, guys think you're a god. Compare going out with a girl and going out with another d…

yes they do. the difference between being with a woman at a party is so much different than being just a guy at a party. Especially if the girl is attractive, its night and day.

It's not like its putting yourself out there is the problem. At least in school, its more like the work load and the social circle that you run with once you get to those 3rd and 4th year as a engineering student where you get problems. If you want to find a new group of friends and socialize in those years, man it is so hard.

taking risks via over txt is different from taking risks in person imo for over txt, body language and tonality is lost. It can be misinterpreted in different ways. Taking risks when the girl is in front of you pays off more then over txt.

I don't necessarily agree with this. Drunk/under the influence me has bounds of energy, sober me does not. As much as I'd love for my mind to magically give myself infinite amount of energy, its just impossible. Depending on my state of mind and the environment, sober me acts in very different ways. I like both states for various reasons, sober me just can't get into the same mind set as drunk me at a party quicker than drunk me can.

I always said it. Dating is a lot like job hunting. You send out a lot of resumes (talk to a lot of girls), a few will grant you a call based on your resume(some will give you the time of day and talk to you for a while granted their relationship status), some of those will give you an interview based on your conversation on the phone (the ones that are interested will go on a date with you) and based on the impression that they get and how well you sell yourself you get an offer (if they like y…

Meh, I don't think its bad. It just that you don't use facebook that much in that way would make you more mysterious then say me who puts every single facet of my life on the internet so there's no mystery anymore. It doesn't hurt to put something on your facebook to show that you live an interesting/successful life. We live in a society where people's first and lasting impression of other people are through their facebook. I don't think if you have nothing, it's bad but if you share or show it,…

As important as you want it to be. I personally love facebook. It's a great way to share with my friends and family what i have been doing with my life. Girls facebook stalk like no other. Before you go on a date with them, it'll be most likely she'll screen you via facebook or when you start getting to know each other she'll probably go through all your pictures and statuses to get an idea on who you are. I treat facebook like a livejournal so every detail of my life is on there. I really don't…

There's no easy way to fake it. If you're not already the prize then your body language will give it off when you talk to them. The best way aside from faking it is to become the prize. If you want a 10, you have to become a 10 in order to attract them.

It's worth it.... eventually. I think there's too much fun to be had while you're single in your 20s to be hung over some girl in a relationship. The ability to pick up and travel, to pursue a career, and to make lots of interesting friends. Things that we take for granted while we're young won't necessarily be there when we are emotionally invested in girlfriend/boyfriend. I've dated more then my fair share of girls however I've yet to get a steady girlfriend. I'm having way too much fun being …

I still strut my stuff and try to be the most attractive guy out there to girls when/if they have a boyfriend, but I wouldn't make a move that would just be bad taste. I usually try and plant the seed and make them like me a lot. Treat her as a friend and obviously be attractive. It'll set you apart I've had girls with boyfriends flirt with me before. looking on how I lost some of my girlfriends, this is definitely the case. In order for you to have a girlfriend (ESPECIALLY a hot one), you have to emotionally like a rock. It sucks but it's true, they look at you to courage a lot and if you show a smidge of weakness they will lose all respect for you. You're going to have to deal with competition, jealousy and a slew of other issues when your girlfriend is smokin hot. If you are not emotionally ready to handle that then natural selection will …

Many times where I meet a girl where I'm branched off from other people or solo. I actually prefer it that way to be honest. I'd rather be alone then be with a wingman I don't have chemistry with or someone who I don't like. I much rather go out with a confident guy or a buddy who I really get along with.

More or less how I felt when I started going out with some of the guys from the seduction community. The entire process and scene felt fake and people just rubbing each other's egos. The girls that they brag about aren't nothing to write home about and I question the validity of their stories everytime I hear them. Most pick up guys are socially awkward nerds too, going out with them makes me feel a tremendous pressure to "perform" rather than having fun. Almost all the successes I've gotten wer…

You're gonna get such different answers as different guys have their own taste. Me, personally. Physically I like small, petite and nice and skinny legs. Don't have much of a race preference as I think all girls of all races are gorgeous. I been historically attracted and connected to girls who are very intelligent and driven since I'm the same way. You also learn how to read people SO WELL too. If there is anything that I got from my 6 months abroad is the skill to read people. When there is a language barrier between you and the person you pick up on their body language. After a while of doing it for a long time you start to notice the emotions and motivation of people without them even saying a word.

take classes outside of engineering like languages (intro classes are a great place to meet girls), psych or business. Or join clubs/fraternities etc
/r/seduction24/07/12 09:04 PM

Please. At least Law School and Med school also have a 50/50 male to female ratio. If you walk into any engineering class you will see upwards of 4:1 to 9:1 guy to girl ratio. Even if there are hot girls in your classes they are usually taken or hounded by a ton of awkward engineers. I never complained about the difficulty or how much time it took. I'm just telling you that engineering is hard and takes up a lot of time and as a side effect, doesn't give you a lot of time for socializing. The people that you run with aren't exactly in the know how of the most happening party on friday night with the hottest chicks. It's difficult by default because your natural environment has a lot of guys in it, most who are usually very studious or pretty awkward. You have to make a conscious effort to find stuff outside of school to meet them.

are you an engineer? if not, you have no right to judge because you don't know what we go through. The reason why us engineers bitch about this is because 1) The workload is crazy. It's not like it hard but it takes a lot of time. the amount of time it takes to do problem sets and projects add up. We can't just simply pull an all nighter the day before a project is due. It takes consistent and everyday hard work to absorb and apply the concepts in our classes. 2) Engineers and science people are…

So true. I've tried to date a very very hot girl before (10/10) and the moment I got needy it was game over. It was then I realized I needed to work on myself to become not needy. It was hard man.. Then I traveled with one very hot russian girl and everything you say is true. The amount of attention she got directly transferred over to me. I never been so uncomfortable in public in my life. Everyone staring at us, all the guys hitting on her in front of me. It was incredible...
/r/seduction24/07/12 12:15 AM

if you ever tried to date a really hot girl, you have to realize how much attention they can get and as a result of that attention usually involves a lot of drama. If you can't handle that then you don't want to date one.

Adapt and learn. When you're thrown into the fire with no where to go, the only way to go forward is to adapt from your surroundings and learn. After that, what's hard becomes easy and then you're breezing.

Not just peruvians, south americans in general (probably not Argentinians since their way of pick up is different). I've had a colombian girl give me the most intense eye contact on the bus from Santa Marta to Cartagena to the point it was kind of uncomfortable. There have been some girls who have straight up mentioned their interest as well which completely threw me off guard.

No such thing as too young. I met a 17 year old, many 18/19 year olds and hell even a 16 year old solo in cuzco. I think the younger you are, the more you will gain out of this. I'm doing this at 24. It was hard but not THAT hard. I couldn't imagine doing this at 18-20 because I was still developing as a person then. But I have met many many 18-20s alone as well. It will be harder for sure but you gain a lot more from by it being harder.

I'd rather not because I got family and friends who know who I am on reddit. But lets just say its very easy to get action while traveling, really depends what you're looking for. A lot of people do. Once you get here you realize that this is the only chance in your life where you can travel for this long so you leech the experience for all its worth. San Diego has a lot and lots of hot girls especially if you check out Pacific Beach, La Jolla and the beaches area. The only thing that I have a pet peeve about it is the military scene. I'm currently traveling alone. If you travel alone, it forces you out of your comfort zone and basically in attempt not to be lonely forces you to open up and start conversations with people. There are not many times where I am alone. I'm alone right now because I'm waiting for a chick I met in Buenos Aires to meet up with me in Cordoba. Also, when you are alone people are more likely to strike up a conversation with you. When you're traveling alone, you meet so much more people than traveling w…

What I want to know is how you have time (and resources) to meet all these women. With a full time job, friends and family obligations, I'd be lucky if I met 3 girls a year that were single, interested and attractive.

I'm currently travelin right now (I'm in Santiago del Estero, Argentina also in the middle of a 3 month maybe 4/5 month trip) so I have some answers to your questions. 1) Apparently, argentine girls are the hardest to pick up. You see guys go full out aggressive and go all out at clubs. I'm not entirely sure about girls getting picked up because I didn't really try because the parties start at 2 fucking 30 and I need my sleep. I did make out with a chick in a buenos aires club but that didn't go…

Sounds masochistic and cultish to me. if he really did 100 sets a day for 12 hours a day every month to get this ONE stunner.. just to impress some people calling him a god on the internet then he has some serious issues. unless i'm with some friends drinking, I don't think I can ever make bars/clubs work for me. I simply do not have enough fun there to give off an attractive vibe to girls. I mean you're paying 20 dollar cover, 20 dollar parking and paying for overpriced drinks way before you even start having fun. Fuck that shit. 80/20 rule when it comes to women I rather not work as hard for women I don't even like. People are attracted to people who are similar to them anyway. Magic Bullets is pretty good for the fundamentals. I like Models from Mark Manson from postmasculine.com for general lifestyle and inner game stuff. I also swear by these two websites. Well, most of the time most of the girls are not what I want. It sometimes becomes annoying because the girl that's trying to get your attention is beat as hell and keeps on interrupting my interaction with one girl. I just pick out one that I'm most attracted to and go from there, make her feel special and ignore the rest. This is just based on my own personality though because I get enough validation from women already and I'm a fairly nice guy so I don't want to make the girl that I'm already…

I don't know why you're getting downvoted but everything that you said is true. A lot of what it takes to get the bone fide 10 comes down to attitude, self perception and image. At the end of the day, if you don't feel like you can get the 10 then you will not get one. If you see yourself as an 8 and you're going after a 10, she's going to stomp on your nuts.

When I'm out, I get approached quite a bit when I'm having a good time. But not always the come up to you and hit on you. A lot of it is more subtle like looks, accidental bumps and proximity. It's rare for a girl to straight up come up to me and talk to me/hit on me although it does happen. All in all. Looks help, but they won't get you laid. You still need some pretty solid game if you want to get anywhere. I have a lot of phone numbers but almost all of them are flakes. Also one thing I notic…

Upvote for truth. I've dated outside my league at the time too. The insecurity that came with hanging out with her made me realize how much more time I needed to work on myself. It's not so much you need to have the confidence to talk to her, you need it to get her and keep her. That's where the whole inner game concept is so popular. The beauty of all this is a guys league increases in range as he gets older and more experienced.

That would ring alarm bells to me. Especially the dated jerks and want to date a nice guy. It's like she had her fun now she wants a guy who can support her. it depends on so may things. I do think college is important if you go to a top 50 school. Just being around naturally smart kids will make you just as motivated to do well. It's motivation by osmosis. Even if you are an english major. (ok well maybe not an english major) but yea still. Not to mention the network of your peers. Anything below that is pretty questionable

day game is nice when I find someone in the right situation that I can flirt with. I hang out in coffee shops a lot but the problem is that you don't see many 18-24ish year old girls that often unless you go hunting on college campuses (which is nearly impossible since I work too) because the thing about orange county is that people tend to drive one place and drive back so it really limits hot girl sightings. However, the reality is that guys that fuck more than 100 women in their life are, by en large, narcissistic or "douchey". There is a certain gangsterism and self-delusion required to consistently pull stunners from high end clubs. And a lot of time on their hands if they devote so much time to doing so... Single attractive women at least where I live and do are few and far between and there's so much competition for them you'd have to be at the right place at the right time to have a chance at them. It'd be different if I lived in like New York City though where the girls outnumber the guys.

that's definitely the same way with my sister. She's a good lookin chick and always dated below her relative attractiveness because in her own words "I hate every single guy that I meet". /r/seduction28/11/11 08:46 PM
1

Being good looking or attractive doesn't mean anything in itself. As a guy, you still have to get the necessary confidence and skills if you want to have any success at all since we're expected to lead in most interactions. And that confidence usually comes from past reference points with girls. If you don't have any then its hard to judge or even obtain that without some effort. I"m assuming most of us on seddit grew into their own attractiveness for when people started treating us differently,…
/r/seduction28/11/11 08:27 PM
2

Here's my theory: IMO the best way to gauge your own attractiveness is based on how other people perceive you to be. If guys of ___ attractiveness are supplicating to you and seeing YOU as the leader then that means you're more or less the same or of higher value. Also, the type of girl that is attracted to you. If she values herself to be a 9 then she will give you the appropriate response/attention. You can tell a lot by another person's body language to you. I'm sure we all do this on a subco…

Not to too my own horn or anything but I feel like this kind of backfires for us attractive guys because they think we're "out of their league" when its not true at all if we're talking to them. I once had an extremely attractive girl tell me that she was intimidated by me and was nervous on meeting me (which was very flattering because I felt the same way about her). I'm starting to tone it down on talking about my accomplishments because I feel like that it intimidates girls that I meet..
/r/seduction28/11/11 06:49 PM
2

Yes. I have absolute no motivation flirting with girls that I'm not attracted to. If I enjoy her company, I'd just act friendly towards her/him and not flirt If she's at my same level of attractiveness or higher, I find my flirting/interactions are much more genuine and natural. The girl usually picks up on that and acts accordingly. Goes both ways too...

Talk to them as people and not as a potential mate. Make friends. Edit: Just because they're not attractive to you, it doesn't mean they don't have any value as human beings. Try and find something interesting about them.

Rejection is a fucking joke, especially in bars and clubs. That group of girls that rejected you, their opinion doesn't matter. They don't even know you like your friends and family do, so why should you give a fuck whether they reject you or not? Even as a guy who's taken rejection to the face many many times this is still hard to remember when you're having a bad night out.

Guys, I want you to get better. I want good wings. I am sick of going into the field, opening a set, and having three guys lurk around the edges as I talk to a twoset of girls. This is why I'm going out alone tonight. I tried to find wings off of forums and seduction websites but they were all USELESS. The best wings are the ones I met on the fly when I"m rollin solo

In my experience this is true. If you want to have a chance with a gorgeous girl, you need to connect with her somehow and have some type of commonality. You also have to bring something to the table too... You always have to make it seem they're the one chasing.
/r/seduction21/11/11 01:43 AM

Yea, me too. I always bring my A game whenever I'm flirting with a super hottie. I lack motivation when I'm talking to girls that are lesser attractive for some reason. My impression is that in order to get the high value girls, you gotta be right what they're looking for plus timing. Timing is so important because high caliber girls are never single for more then a week.

In my most humble opinion. The only time I ever got an "HB10" to be interested in me is one of three scenarios. The timing was right, we had a great connection and I was exactly what she was looking for. I was around other girls and she was jealous because I was giving more attention to lesser looking girls then her so tried to "steal" me away. Girls are inherently competitive, be aware of that. If you're a high value guy and you're around a girl, other girls will always try to one up the one yo…

Yea serious, my friend who's 25 and went back to grad school is currently doing really good. If only I had the confidence I had now in college, I'd be tearing it up. But sadly, the average college guy doesn't usually have the life experience and knowledge to attain such confidence until later on.

Very true. If your approach and body language is terrible then that's the first thing you have to work on. both of that can be worked via inner game though. Yes, absolutely. It takes a long time because you have to be completely satisfied with your life up to a certain point and be 100% grounded. Also have to adapt a certain mindset where you live in your own reality, get rid of your own insecurities and don't get jealous of other people's realities.

In my opinion, if there's a spark or overwhelming attraction it should be very easy to tell. I can not not flirt with a girl I'm attracted to. If I'm attracted to her then its game on. I turn on kino, playful banter almost instinctively. My body doesn't lie I went on an OKCupid date last night and there was no attraction so I just kept it interview to prevent any misunderstanding.

Depends on the said AFC4's priorities I guess. If he's happy being who he is then yea the original post is right. That 5 is probably the best he can get but he has to work harder for her then say the 4. Improving yourself should always be standard, chasing women or not. It'll make more more happy and fulfilled. Women are just a byproduct.

I don't know why you're being downvoted but its true. I think everyone has an idea what their value is based type of people that are attracted to them. If you want a 10 you have to be a 10. Edit: Isn't that the reason why there's a huge emphasis on inner game in the seduction community? If you want to make yourself more attractive and get the hotter chicks you have to make yourself that way.

Speaking as a relatively attractive dude who gets approached when I'm out. This does not work unless you just want the bottom feeders. It can work for or against you. If the girl is already digging you then anything you post of yourself can only help you however it also removes all the mystery behind getting to know you. It has helped me in the past and it has worked against me. I've had girls tell me they stalk my facebook everyday and girls stop talking to me once I added them on facebook. Approaching gets easier over time. Sadly there's no way to get over it until you go out there, push yourself to open a ton of them. Although it never really goes away, it becomes easier to manage. What I find helps me every night is the warm up set. Go step by step. Go into a night and tell yourself just talk to one girl. Just one girl. If you talk to one you'll be happy. Once you get that first set out of the way... everything after that becomes infinitely easier.

sounds about right. The middle aged woman is the female equivalent of the young man. Guys get more attractive as they get older and girl's prime is from 18-25 then slowly declines from there.

highly depends. If the fraternity in question had a good reputation with the greek system and quality stand up guys then I say go for it. It can be a fantastic experience with many lifelong friends. Me? I had a horrible experience with fraternities. My childhood friend (who ironically isn't my friend anymore) pretty much tricked me into joining. I didn't know anything about fraternities at the time so I went in blind. It wasn't until about 6 weeks in, I realized I just joined the worst fraternit…

How is anything artificial if I actually feel it? I lived at home my entire life and it has always put a huge damper in my game. Not only did I live far from everything that was fun/school/social the fact that I was around my parents all the time brought some unspoken expectations of me. Living at home means I still have some of my high school mentality too. My friends were the same as they were in high school refusing to grow up. I couldn't bring home girls either because I feel (due to culture…

I don't know about you but after moving out of my parents house a few months ago (at 24), my confidence level sky rocketed. There's a certain pride that comes with being off on your own and doing your own thing. Tearing guys apart... isn't that more of a reflection of the guy's she's with then her? If you have a rock solid core, just don't let yourself fall too hard/too fast for her. I've dealt with this type of girl before (extremely hot, smart, 10) and that's what happened to me. I lost my cool, put her on a pedestal, I wanted her more then she wanted me. It's funny because she put me on a pedestal before I did and when I did I screwed it up all. Everything you're NOT suppose to do in front of this ty…

Mainly watching people who knew what they were doing in action. But the main PUA stuff that I implement are concepts of body language, dominance and certain lines. A lot of the theories make sense so it wasn't a real surprise to see it work. I just started to go out regularly but I notice girls sometimes get flustered when I hold my frame and when I position my body a certain way.

If you're trying to not care much how people perceive your actions, do something that all eyes are looking on you. Performance arts is a good way to do it, stand up, improv or even public speaking. To do it well, you learn how to tune out everything around you (criticism, laughing, praise) and just focus on your performance. Eventually all that matters is your focus and performance. It will be so good that all that outside noise will mean nothing to you. I did this challenge by playing DDR (In t…

Success for women is also different for success for men. Remember, success for a guy to impregnate as many women as possible (from a biological standpoint) while a girl's measure of success is related to the quality of guy she can attract and get into a relationship (to provide for her and shit).
/r/seduction17/08/11 04:24 PM

the way that I done it if I see her consistently is negative body language. If you're not interested, make it known by your body language. I outright rejected a girl after a date before also. She was getting pushy and I sent a txt "I'm not quite sure how I felt about last night".

/r/seduction15/08/11 10:44 PM

Yea, same with me. Whenever I'm out with a buddy, they always admire that I will go hit on random girls even if I do get rejected. Takes balls man and its not easy. You're right on the approach and escalation. I can approach NP but man escalation and closing is my primary weakness. I always feel like going out solo is counter-productive. I always have the most success when I'm out with fellow wingmen with the same objective. I went solo a lot in the beginning because I didn't have wings, it sucks because when you're doing poorly everyone thinks you're a creep, and when you're out of set you have nowhere to go back to until you muster the courage to go up to the next girl. You learn to stop giving a fuck a lot faster though. This especially is what I found happening to me. …

This is why inner game is important. If you don't believe that you are the shit then it will show in your body langauge when you go out. socially, asian girls are probably just as bad as asian guys. the only difference in dating is that they don't have to do the initiating when it comes to asking. You can be retardedly awkward and reclusive like a high school friend of mine (who's parents pretty much shut her in the house to study all through high school and college/not say a single word to me the entire 7 years that I've known her), be somewhat cute and still get a boyfriend. I agree. The mexican girl was the hottest girl I ever dated. She set the bar ridiculously high, which is why I'm in the game in the first place. Depends highly on who you grew up with. If you grow up with majority white people then yes it is easier for you. If you grow up majority asian people then its harder because of the cultural/societal pressures.

Yes, asian guys do have it harder in the dating world. In my opinion a lot of it is cultural and the way we were brought up in american society. A lot of us, instead of dating in high school we were studying for the SATs to try to get into college. So when we hit the real world, we have no idea how to date and pretty much have to learn and play catch up to what everyone else have been doing for the last 10 or so years. I believe any guy can get any girl but it sure is easier if you're in great shape than if you're overweight; read the FR of guys that get women but have terrible game and you'll understand. Its more important to be confidant but looks help a lot. Agreed. I'm a good looking guy and have terrible game. AHHHHHHH that happened to me! Oh god the memories. I pulled a girl and I spent an hour trying to find my car. Talk about the ultimate blue balls.

1.) What I'd honestly tell myself is this, "Rob, these girls already like you. Stop getting in your own way." The biggest thing that holds most guys back is that they convince themselves that girls don't like them. Just look at all the stuff guys do to start conversations with girls. Think of all the hours guys spend memorizing routines and openers (non-community guys just buy girls drinks) ALL BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE THEY'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I definitely had this belief for a long time, and it hel…

Most of the people that I know told me that in order to get good, you have to go out 5-6 nights a week... Is that true? That is just simply impossible for me since I work and live very far away from the night club scene. I can only realistically go out twice a week.

I"m a relatively good looking guy with okay game. Looks help you make that good initial first impression and sometimes girls will hit on you. Easy to get make outs and general flirting. However, because my game is okay, I can't capitalize on the attention I get. Girls are sometimes intimidated by me, sometimes freezing when I talk to them. It doesn't make it any easier for me to practice my game when they keep on shifting their eyes all the time, stammer and expect me to make all the moves when …

The solution is to recognize the problem and start making an effort to become socialized correctly into society. IMO I faced a similar dilemma a few years ago and fixed the problem by just getting out there and meeting all types of different people. Meeting people whom are different from you gives you a lot of perspective.

I feel your pain man. I'm still trying to find the solution to that myself. I lived at home for pretty much my entire life and I've come to the conclusion this is 100% my problem. I live in suburbia where its a 30-minute drive to anything remotely fun and it doesn't help my friends are nerds too. In the rare times in which I did get some action, it was either in my car or at the girls place. I'm trying to find a job so I can finally move out. edit: hour != minute

Dangers of Ecstasy Between 1988 and 1997, some 50-100 deaths have been connected to Ecstasy use in the UK. The current rate is 7 deaths per million users per year. On the other hand, US figures are much lower, with only one death per million users. This is largely due to the enduring preference for warehouse or outdoor parties rather than hot packed-out nightclubs. Most Ecstasy-related deaths are related to alcohol-consumption and overheating, and there is less of a booze culture among American …

E is fun if you do ti responsibly. You can't chase the high and be constantly addicted to it. E is a bit of a double edge sword when it comes to pick up. On one hand, I don't recommend it because E essentially turns you into someone you are not which is counterintuitive when you're trying to meet girls. The person that is on E and off are two completely different people. I have picked up girls on E before and the day after was just bad and awkward. Some people fall very hard for someone (i.e me)…

I"m going to concur with you. I always hated alcohol, I always end up being quiet and feeling depressed when I drink it, the opposite of what I'm suppose to feel. I'm going to try this next time I'm out and about since for me, energy is king. As an asian guy in america, this is an issue where all of us go through some time in our lives. We see asian women going out with white guys and it makes you question your own attractiveness. Once you get out there and start talking to people, you realize that your race, like a lot of other of your physical attributes are things you can't control. They could work in your favor or work against you, so you might as well work it towards your advantage. The only way to really get over your awkwardne…

its definitely possible. All my life people have told me I was a good looking guy but I had (and still do to an extent) a lot of trouble with the ladies. Even though I was what people thought I was, I just didn't feel confident that I could meet, attract and keep a stunner. It wasn't until I started improving myself and my future that I felt that I deserved to be with such a girl. Looks matter but it can only get you so far.

relationships are a two way street. You should have gave a little and see how she reacts. If she returns an equal amount then you got a keeper. otherwise if she's just soaking up what you have to offer and not giving anything in return then dump her like a sack of potatoes.

I'm chinese too and most of the views I get are from white girls. In fact, I'm going on a date with a cute redhead this weekend! Can't really say what worked for me since she messaged me first. I guess my online profile was appealing enough for her to message me. Online dating is a crap shoot, buyers market really. Maybe sprucing your profile up a little bit more to talking about your passions?

oh yea I know for sure. I been in both situations and I think when I'm with friends, I'm just in a more positive state of mind then when I'm there alone (especially out in a club). Plus its nice to have a home base. And its sucks to be that friendless weirdo and when you're alone, if you have a bad interaction your confidence can plummet for the rest of the night.
/r/seduction08/11/10 09:07 PM

now were you at the club alone or with a group of friends? I find it so much easier to approach girls if I'm with a group of friends whereas I feel awkward as hell if I'm there alone.

I feel you. getting hit on completely throws off my game. At EDC, I was just dancing and suddenly a hot hapa girl started to aggressively hit on me. In the end I couldn't do anything because the entire situation felt unnatural.

speaking as an asian guy who has gotten white girls before. It's pretty much become confident, attractive and grounded and you can pretty much attract any type of girl you want. You can be as nerdy as you want (I definitely do) but you just have to give off that vibe where you are proud of who you are.
/r/seduction14/07/10 04:26 AM

eh, I disagree on the guys who are "naturally successful" with women don't need pick up advice because all guys needed some type of guidance growing up.
