Thanks. That's an interesting reply and makes sense in context.

I'm curious - how does the Song of Solomon from the Old Testament fit in with your argument?

Re Legit counter argument - Mark 10:21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.

"Lavinia Woodward, 24, punched her boyfriend, who she met on dating app Tinder, and then stabbed him in the leg during an alcohol-and-drug-fuelled row" Defending Lawyer claims it was a misunderstanding: her client was merely administering anesthetic before performing surgery. /s

Is this your line of work or are you studying psychology? No I'm just an old dog who's been around the track too many times now :). I married a BPD woman first-time around, fun and fireworks, then I worked with a number of them in global IT orgs. You can spot ém after a while by their body language and rapport, in addition some are pure narcissists and others inverted narcissists, you're on a "hiding to nothing" with either of them.

Yeah, I made a great recovery straight into MGTOW. I'm sure my ex would love to have a certain part of my anatomy mounted on her wall, given I'm not mounting her anymore :)

Thanks for the figures, very interesting, it would be good to chat more on your video editing and publishing on YT. You sound like me btw :) I was a programmer for about 100 years or something - it certainly felt that way, I'm retired now. Your solar panel, aeroponics idea sounds great maybe a Rasberry Pi based system? After I spent all my savings and I got a bit depressed, my ex (of 8 years) monkey branched me, big surprise I know No! You don't say ?? :) Do you think so? Oh well, that's how it …

https://cdn.meme.am/cache/instances/folder442/28988442.jpg "40 Euros return flight and stayed at a friends" - that's the way to do it - bargain!! We should invent MGTOW International Couch Surfing. Yeah anyway, this was a Honda XL 400 (or thereabouts) that was stored inside the building, it was a wreck but faster than the Scooters so we struck a deal. I had a chick on the back with huge tits and every time I crashed down the gear box to slow down her tits pressed hard into my back, interestingly…

Targeted Ketogenic Dieting - in its most simplest form (afaik) is a twofold technique: (1) loading-up on carbs before a workout. The idea is to build-up some glycogen in the liver before intensive exercise, this is then broken-down to provide sufficient blood sugar during the workout. Or (2) loading-up on carbs after a workout for bulking purposes. In each case the insulin release from the higher carb intake, creates a metabolic window for growth or so its been speculated.

I guess relatively speaking its not so cheap if you're living off $75 per week. How about rental where you are, a 2 bedroom apartment here in Sydney is $500 per week and beef mince, say from Woolworth's is about $12/Kg (I think).

I rode around Rhodes in 1990 on a motorcycle with no brakes, I hired it from a dodgy rental company and it was a choice of brakes or lights - maybe go with the brakes next time. But wow - the Aegean Sea is so clear and beautiful.

Thank you! that recipe looks delicious, I'll try that too :) Eat 4 times for $5 dollars for the win - Alright! How much is ground or minced beef and lamb, I sometimes mix these 50/50 to make the most amazing burgers? Minced Lamb here is $30 per kg.

Yeah, you can't go wrong the list of nutrients in Tuna and Salmon is remarkable and the implied mercury risk is unfounded for tinned Tuna.

I think you replied to the wrong person. Regarding cheap, here in Sydney tinned pink Salmon in Woolworths is $2.20 and Tuna (John West) is $4 both tins are 425g and provide over 100g of protein. The evoo is high quality and costs $9 for 375 mls. Red Salmon is $6 per tin. So all up its very reasonable, with the cheapest meal costing under $5, not bad at all considering the nutrient profile. Preparation - I drain the brine off after opening, then mash the fish with a fork and pour over the evoo, t…

Ah, so you're not here in Sydney where its currently 10.42pm, what a shame we could have met up on the bikes :) Funny, I used to have a gsx600 too - lol

he lifted sth like 500 pounds after 7 days of fasting. Yes, I recall that too - a monster indeed. :) Regarding Ketosis, I've been consistently in Ketosis now for 3.5 years and I *think I've hit every downside there is in that time. The main problem (after fat adaptation) is sufficient electrolyte intake and hormonal re-balancing to establish a new normal of homeostatis. Sorry if that sounds like bio-babble, Steve Phinney and Jeff Volek do a much better job explaining the metabolic changes that o…

Do you eat the same every time you're home? Yeah pretty much, I think when Tim Ferris interviewed Dom D'agostino, Dom said he had a similar eating regime to this with Bulletproof Coffee in the mornings and some intermittent fasting too, seems like the way to go from what I've researched.

Yeah, I've developed a few simple quick, cheap and healthy meals that are low carb, moderate in protein and high in healthy fats. I usually buy large tins of pink or red Salmon or Tuna and mix this with 100ml high quality extra virgin olive oil, then I chop up a red onion and mix this in. That's it, its super healthy, tastes delicious and is around 1600 kcals, keeps me going all day; in the evenings I snack on roasted almonds and blueberries with a little MCT oil, this combo seems to provide all…

Great work man! Just a thought though - if he divorces her for her infidelity, doesn't he stand to lose his property, is there a stealthier way to handle this? For example, I once heard of a case where a wealthy man had his wife committed to a psychiatric unit where she lost her decision making rights through the courts, leaving him in full control of the children, property and finances.

Amen. Well said! Its the same shit here in Australia, especially - The cops are nothing but white knight betas who love sticking up for the poor wimminz. The cops are not on your side. The courts are nothing but feminist covens. The case workers, court reporters, attorneys, & judges are all either women, or feminist men. The courts are not on your side.
