Does Christian mean you get to sin even though you talk profoundly about not sinning? Just curious because I’m exploring my own spirituality

Hate to say this but this is yet again another example that there is no such thing as civil court. They just don’t have have to time for our ex wives malicious bullshit. 😳

Early in the divorce I signed up for a food bank online and I still get the emails, but never acted. Thanks for chiming in.

Thanks man. Sounds like discipline in a way. I’m not sure. I think a big part of what bogs me down is that I’m human but my goal to happiness is to be efficient and logical, a machine. My goal needs evaluatin’ lol

Yeah! Putting in the work takes practice and everything gets easier with practice. I’m glad I’m getting something out of it.

How are you meeting so many women, do you seek them on dating apps or just random encounters?

Never thought I would experience heartbreak like this besides a death in the family. I’m 37 divorce for a year now and my son lives with some totally rando dude I’ve never even seen a picture of. Oh well. I’m good overall but I’m living the life I never thought I would have to live.

Not all marriages, but for those who ended up with the wrong person, a terrible marriage can cause short term and long term mental and physical harm from prolonged distress and also cause lasting disabilities. In extreme cases people end up being targets of violence. Someone who is unsure about getting married to the person they are with is putting themselves at risk of having serious negative long term problems or worse. My opinion from experience.

Same thing happened to me bro. Total surprise RO then divorce and I considered it a tragedy for my son. He had no chance to prepare or adjust. After the no contact was modified and I occasionally glance at the ex when I’m picking my son up and she’s just be gaining and gaining weight. I felt guilty at first but hey…. she made her own bed.

I’ll join the club. False RO 4 months ago and divorce is nearly final. Stuff made of nightmares but I’m seeing the other side as things get settled.

To say she doesn’t care about the relationship with their father let alone put anything but herself in front of her children under the watchful eyes of all these people that get involved. It’s permitted cruelty and it’s changing my views on everything.

I can totally relate even though you’re much further along than I am today. There’s many days I want to throw my hands up because it feels like too much pressure to keep some kind of false idea that the relationship with my kid will be like it was, but it forever changed the day I was separated. With my son all I can do is let him feel safe if he wants to share how he feels and tell him I love him and never speak I’ll of his mother.

Right there with you man. Still fresh for me but why would I ever take a risk like THAT again?? At least out of this I have picked up how to spot red flags and have courage to walk away. Lol listen to me go

Thanks. Ex has family nearby while mine are all out of state, leaving me to survive on my own. Right now I’m supporting 2 households until I dry up.

Same situation here brochachos. Still shocked that one person in a marriage (with kids) is legally allowed erase the other spouse also dragging everyone down into financial devastation. Thankfully I hadn’t experienced this level of cruelty before this.

Hey thanks for this. You gave me some solid hope that I’ll be able to bounce back and enjoy living sooner than I may have thought. It’s ok that I came out of my marriage fragile and timid because it’s only temporary. Thanks bro.

My ex was a hot piece of ass and now I’m so traumatized by how the separation happened that I just pity myself. I quickly rebuilt and I have a nice dwelling and nice shit and good job but I’m soul crushed and lonely. Too afraid to talk to other women or anyone really. After 10 years married I don’t know how to date. Seems bizarre going to bars alone. Would be nice to just have someone around my arms to help me forget the her, her house I’m still paying for, the dogs I loved.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
