One of my best friends since kindergarten left new jersey and moved to Canada in 4th grade. I'm not constantly texting or talking to him on social media, but he visits me and friends in new jersey twice every year since then, and when he comes back its as if we never missed a day. I can't stand all the superficial crap i see with girls and their "friends". Its not geniune

The reason the punishment cant be high is if there are other girls out there currently lying about this, if the punishment for them was raised, they would be less likely to admit to crime, thus, you'd have more innocent people locked up for good. If the punishment isnt that much, they'd be more likely to come forward. The whole situation sucks
