It has always been this way. Traditional relationships are transactional as fuck. Ensuring that the woman is taken care of financially has always been one of their main objectives.

Hi ladies, how would you rate the guy on the right? Would his ability to fly planes boost his score?

Depends on whom your system of values stands for. It's immoral if you believe that financial safety should benefit those with the least resources such as the tenants. It's perfectly appropriate if you recognize that landlords also have financial needs and that keeping the rent low makes those needs hard to meet. Personally, I'd like to see a world where both landlords and tenants can agree to a price without pricing each other out of their market, but that's unfortunately not possible.

Being fit or beautiful are something everyone sees, even when their standards differ in some aspects. To appreciate art or music you gotta actually be into it. If you want to be appreciated for those things you have to surround yourself with people who also have an interest in those.

There is very little police presence here and the police force is scarcely used. We are very peaceful, egalitarian societies. I said policy, not police, these are vastly different things. What I'm trying to say is that government or other bodies create action principles and initiatives to achieve equality.

They're only degenerates because the idea of people not following their traditional roles feels offensive to you. And yes, these are personal preferences. Not all women want to nurture and not all men want to protect (and protect what and from whom exactly?), nobody owes you living a trad lifestyle simply because anything else makes you uncomfortable. There exists a world outside of your inner voice. We're not solely defined by our thoughts. I'm aware of that and that's why I don't expect everyo…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
