Not sure where you live, but you might have meet up groups around you. Check out writing groups at www.meetup.com. Reddit is also good to collaborate with writers, but I'd really recommend IRL connection building for you right now. Regarding getting out a rut: moving could help you. You either can tell yourself "I'm going to live at home, not let that bother me". Lots of people do it and still get laid, they just and it to there advantage monetarily. OR you can make gaining independence your goal, move out, create your own space, move forward; there's a lot of life experience that comes with doing that.
