I would say there are two types of feminists: The loud radicals who hate men and/or want women to receive unfair benefits, and the quiet moderates who want equality. I don't think there are fewer transphobic people within the MRM than anywhere else in society. Trans issues just isn't really a concern to the MRM, therefore individual views and attitudes towards trans people are not divisive. My big rule in a relationship is that I expect my partner to show me the same respect and consideration she expects me to show her. Most of the things you mention would fall under this rule to me, although it may depend on the situation. Just wanted to say that I can't recommend it enough. I find that it's really important to emphasize the difference between trans people with dysphoria, and all the other kinds of trans people (trans trenders, neo genders, autogynephiles...). Plenty of people think they're all one and the same, and then assume that those with dysphoria are just attention-seekers or fetishists like the others.
