Wat? This is a pretty terrible description of a successful Alpha is today's society. I don't know what a "Felon Face" is, but an Alpha male surely doesn't want to portray himself as having one. Lift starting yesterday. Here's a plan for you: M: 5x5 Squat T: Cardio at a decent pace for 30 min (preferably running OUTSIDE if possible). Practice meditative running while doing this. I feel like in an experimental trial for male birth control you should be prepared that something not so great might happen (E.g. - infertility). If you feel you'd need to end your life, in part, because you couldn't have children, then you shouldn't participate in the study or just freeze lots of sperm. If there was more in play to the suicide, the WHO shouldn't count that against the study.
