Fortunes will reverse themselves many times over a lifetime but sounds like you value success over who he is. Best for him if you dump him now and spare him.

You’re right, good catch he should have said 1g/kg body weight not /lb body weight.

Thanks, this is an excellent post, and effective technique. ‘You are what you do every day’. I especially like your point, at least brush the shoe once, just do it; you’ll get better with time.

I don’t know if I fit the TRP mold or not, but I do agree with this post. I like your analogy with setting sail. Like that character in castaway, it’s a real risk to set out but the alternative is a slow death on some ‘island’. I did it at a pretty late age but was the best thing I ever did.

A ‘lock’ that can be opened by any ‘key’ is a low value lock.

This is redpill. If he’s onboard he should appreciate these contributions as those of his spouse. That’s the point of all this. If he’s thinking of your contributions as motherly that’s messed up.

Well said and totally agree. Raising kids is a great experience and of course comes with investment of time. You sound like a great father for your kids.

Awesome post for any person who wants to prepare themselves for what life brings. The pillars strategy.

You’re right about the range of cultures in the world; this is forgotten by many who try and stereotype all men or women in to red, blue, etc. And, I strongly suspect the comments OP posted second hand were written by a male.

Great post. I’ve been on both sides of that situation; glad to say I’m on the good side now. Hope that other dude can get right. If there were no kids involved, when the lady stormed into the lobby he should have dumped her luggage and drove off- into his new life.

Good choice. I rode that bike for about 30,000 KM before trading it in on a larger CBR. It’s amazing how much power Honda can get out of one cylinder the size of a soda can.

Thanks for posting this. I went through a get-redpilled and GMOW phase, then using that wisdom was able to choose and marry a great girl who shares my dreams. We’re raising kids so this list is so relatable.

Can you summarize that in one sentence?

Congrats. Forgive the question but I’ve heard it is not chemically addictive. Is it more a mental habit kind of thing? Thanks man and good luck.

Married guy here. Been through a MGTOW cycle and came out stronger, alpha, and able to choose the correct type of spouse. So based only on what you said it sounds like that guys marriage is doomed to failure and it hadn’t even started yet. That’s how my first marriage was, to the wrong type of person. However, choose well and it can be wonderful, if you are the type that wants a wife and kids. My wife and I are low conflict, with similar goals, and priorities. YMMV but I had to leave the US to f…

Wait.. if more men are sexless than women, that means the same women must, statistically speaking, be having sex with more of the same (other) men. This is benefiting that group.

This is stupid. Gentle men can also be good men. And sometimes extreme violence is needed to protect others.

Most, but not all of them. My second wife and I remind each other frequently of our appreciation. Go your own way and if part of your definition of success is a great wife then move to a place with a huge supply of quality women and then choose wisely using your past experiences as learning points. First time around I’d say odds are very slim you’ll get it right!

The old game did not have a rule that men are paid more. It was absolutely fair and neutral to all regardless of sex, gender, disability, etc. This however is unfair.

Adopt a boy and save him from an orphanage. This will give your life new meaning and you can be damn sure you will have a reason to be your best every day for that kid. You will save him and he will save you. Source: I was adopted and saved by an amazing father who could not have kids of his own and died in his 60’s.

Spot on. That is stoicism. I would say don’t feel bad about the downvotes you got but I get the feeling you don’t.

This. It’s not the time or place we miss sometimes. It is the feeling of security and comfort and yes some free time to enjoy it. Always on my mind now are the other lives dependent on me.
