The guy wasn't being serious btw. Guys have been in much worse situations than you and have gotten out. Get yourself a coach or a course. That's what I did.

thanks for the feedback I think the lockdown just put me in a really bad state of mind. I simply think of it this way: has anyone regretted working hard or approaching a girl and getting rejected? NOPE! so like you said: suck it the fuck up and keep pushing thanks bro...

I literally just explained: the journey to getting my shit together is hard and full of pain. pleasure is what I have to lose!

You gotta ask yourself, if you stopped trying to improve, would you be happier? If so, just stop improving and be mediocre. I guess that's the ultimate answer: I never asked to be born. but now that I'm here I better make the best of it: If I decide to sit around all day and watch pron I'll feel terrible. but if I go through the pain of growing, at least I'll feel fulfillment. it's the lesser of the 2 "evils" is this what you meant?

I really like this answer: it's a balance. I find that most beginners (like me) go from one extreme (nice guy) to another (dominant) and with time find that nice balance... "this duality is really two components that together (with timing) create the True Alpha "

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
