From an intellectual standpoint you are correct. I'm sorry you got all those down votes. Sadly, this place can be a little toxic on certain posts. I do admit however that it is possible to win in debate. Example in a government debate both of your goals are to appear better and more citable. When I said it's technically slander and libel I was trying to say what things an false accuser can charged of that I know off. I think false accusations should be a criminal matter but was unable to word properly due to drowsiness.
