It's easy, but it's not, if that makes sense. If she is interested you can say just about anything. If she has a University of Colorado shirt on, ask if she went there. Or you can just introduce yourself, though I'm more a fan of finding something to ask. It can be hard to think of something in the moment but once you get REALLY confident you can look at her and decide within two seconds what to ask. After that (if she is interested) the conversation will flow easily.
