6	How do u kill urges Every time you feel the urge, drop down and start doing push ups. If you lay down at night and feel like you wanna fuck, then get back up, put on some clothes, and go for a jog. If you’re not into any of that, pick up an intense video game (FPS, moba, etc) and get into it. You will never be able to kill the urge by actually trying to kill the urge, you have to replace it with something else. Something mentally or physically exhausting. 4	Best country to move to? I live in a “smaller” city in a red state. It’s quite nice. You don’t have to worry about riots, you don’t have to worry about feminist bullshit, and you don’t have to worry about liberalized agendas. Moving out of country can be complicated and expensive.
