Yes but dwelling on this is a scarcity mindset. Need some self work to move past this takes time but you can get there

Any woman so attached to their phones and devices that they can't understand why someone would choose to steer clear of such psychological addiction methods themselves is likely not worth dating to begin with. Thankfully my job works as a solid reason I wouldn't use Social media in this day and age.

100% agree since I've posted I have deleted all my social media and OLD profiles, and I've decided to learn Spanish and start practising stoicism. Also gonna push hard to get the last of my deposit savings down by the end of 2021 I may not have the most socially expansive year but at 29 I still have time. I think that especially these last few years on demand porn onlyfans instagram fake news the internet can be a good resource but it's set back society socially heavily.

Yeah I respect that unfortunately moving from my current state is not plausible with my current job but potentially down the line, always wanted to learn Spanish maybe I look into that

I've not given up just less motivated in this part of life right now, I do still hope to have that kind of relationship but maybe for now it goes on the backburner

I do see it yes I'm 183cm and earn decent money although not 6 figures also I don't feel particularly unattractive however I'm no model either. Point is even those of us who meet the supposed criteria don't have it easy stay strong friend.

Thank you, I'm really not actively looking for a partner right now but believe once I do decide to return to the dance I will be holding my standards up.

That's my point at this moment it's not a focus or a goal the entire post was asking why I no longer desire that, or at least why I don't feel as though it's a priority right now.

Fortunately I reside in Australia and our current restrictions are as relaxed as they have been for the last 12 months almost everything is open again though with a reduced capacity I must admit. The actual dating portion is not the issue I mean.

I'm certainly willing to add to my reading list if it comes recommended well, I'm definitely spending some free time working on my personal philosophy and aligning my goals and priorities right now, even as it may not relate to dating inner game is always huge in all aspects of life, thank you.

It's a query on my current apathy towards dating, what in the actual scene is keeping me from wanting to pursue relationships, rather than a targetted analysis of my own issues. I'm far from perfect but I still notice the IOIs from women, the sideways glances hair adjusting and so on, I don't feel like making a move not that I can't does that make sense?

I haven't really avoided women still don't, perhaps I am more cautious and less willing to throw myself into relationship. After that went down I did some therapy picked up meditation, yoga went back to my MMA (which I stopped because she asked me) I moved cities but that more about career than her. I feel I've moved on and healed, there is possibly some damage still but noone gets through life unscarred.

I think regrets are inevitable, I'm not saying never I'm saying not right now the current landscape in the dating scene is fairly depressing.

I appreciate this more than you know, my primary focus needs to be myself, I wouldn't say that I'm unhappy about the situation, or necessarily that a serious relationship would be the defining factor on my emotional state longer term. I feel more apathetic, it's a strange sensation to care so little about something I used to believe was the ideal for a man, the "final boss" so to speak, when at the moment it's hardly a thought, just something that crossed my mind earlier. I wanted to address thi…

How do I say this... I suppose the point is more the family life someone i can come home to being a father are all extremely romanticised for me I grew up peak Disney, yes I've had relationships and yes I could get a partner but it needs to be more than just sex I want a real connection and it doesn't feel like that exists any more, at least not from my perspective.

I wish you the absolute best of luck. I'm sorely tempted to remove and delete practically all personal social media I'd likely only retain reddit the rest offer me little, and I'm not on here frequently as it is. Just continue to focus on myself and my hobbies.

No your completely right I'm 3 months into this culture, (mostly a lurker) and I have learned already having fun and obviously having and being fun to girls, has a much higher success rate than actively approaching girls, I have had 5 f closes and plenty of numbers but my best nights were when I didn't want anything and just went for fun
