Reminds me of a line from an Eminem song, can't remember which. You gonna make love to the world or you gonna fuck it?

I thought it was "Why do fat chicks give such good blowjobs" "Because they fucking have to." Edit: I should have scrolled down first...

I'll refer you to the Kardashians and Kanye as the counter point to the he's just rich and famous argument.

You can also compare him to many other celebrities that clearly do not have the charisma that he does.

The only real problem with jbys is that it's most often paired with accepting yourself and saying that you're fine the way you are. Accepting yourself and putting effort into being an authentic person, authentic in existential terms, are two completely different things. And saying that you're fine the way you are implies no effort put into growing and self improvement. If you're actually working on both of those angles, then yeah be genuine. Remember, only dead fish go with the flow.

Saturated fat has gotten an awful rap. While I wouldn't recommend going out and gorging yourself on fat, sugar is definitely more dangerous. In the interests of starting small and taking baby steps, that should be step one for everyone interested in improving their diet. Cut out all processed sugar, period.

As a professional cook and amateur nutritionist, can confirm: season EVERYTHING. Also, when looking for burger meat avoid ground chuck and anything simply called "ground beef". "Ground beef" can be any part of the cow (literally) and both "ground beef" and ground chuck can have up to 30% fat added into the grind. Look specifically for ground sirloin (or better cuts depending on your budget). Source: Alton Brown's "Good Eats" and 5 years professional cook. Easiest cheat to get the maximum amount …

I think the important distinction is to be your ideal self that you're trying to become, and to be that self for yourself rather than for pulling game.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
