Next time you and her have a good laugh about something or a good moment of any kind, look her in the eyes afterward and smile. Also, honestly, I never truly knew them in the same way I know my friends. I pretty much just crafted a personality that was more confident, charming, and less cavalier than I really am to get them attracted to me. This is a great strategy, and once you have been dating for a couple months you can gradually start easing up on it until your true persona surfaces. Some people are against "fake it til you make it" strategies like this but they can really help.
