I don’t think they will ever realize the irony of this Per the second comment: I also don’t see how the struggles experienced by gay men are even remotely similar to or related to the struggles faced by women (whether we’re talking homophobia, sexism, or just discrimination more broadly). 3	The “incel” slur is making it impossible for me to use the internet It is a slur and it is used to attack people, not ideas, and entirely undermine a person. It used to devalue a person and their opinion without even honestly investigating the person’s opinion or knowing anything about them. Half the time it isn’t even used correctly (ie basically calling people who aren’t virgins virgins and people who just aren’t incels, incels). You would think feminists would support it so bio fathers would have some sort of legal obligation to their children. But once you point out that paternity fraud is immoral and the mothers who do it are wholly reasonable they’re opposed to it. 5	Struggling to find any good argument against mandatory paternity testing Symbolically yes that would be the perception, but as I said it’s purpose would not only be to establish paternity but establish family health history of the child. I do understand that could be a problem, but I would argue that the problems associated with not administering paternity tests could have worse consequences for families, but I don’t know if it happens enough to write a piece of legislation that symbolically insults all females. HOWEVER, he should have called the police. I think a lot of the posts are actually often really fair to feminism and many of the folks here do support/recognize many feminist issues. 3	Why do people always assume we want to dismantle resources for women instead of add focus for male resources? Men are dying en masse and society doesn’t care. Look at the homeless men, addicts and suicidal men that are taken every year by mental health and the opioid pandemic. Men are predominantly the victims of these issues and our government has failed us time and time again to even try and mend these issues. 29	The Persecution of Gay Men Although I’m not an expert on the topic. I have anecdotally noticed that in some homophobic communities, they largely don’t care about lesbians doing their thing and if they do, the punishment or social shaming is much less severe then in the case of how said communities respond to gay men.
