| 14 | I have a lack of empathy for any man willing to marry at this point. When you only come across bad people it really should push you to hold a mirror to yourself | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/05/26 08:46 PM |
| 4 | Wife is divorcing me, do I have to me macho here and pretend it's not killing me?Being macho is not benefiting anyone in the long run. Asking for help is a healthy way of coping. And losjng this much in a short amount of time is something you have the right to grieve, it doesn't make you weak. If I may ask why did you guys divorce? | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/04/24 10:41 AM |
| 5 | My wife came home from work today and asked for a divorceYeah no, it's quite rare to find a man that treats you well and cares this much about his children. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/03/24 12:45 PM |
| 13 | My wife came home from work today and asked for a divorceWhat man would want her though. She is the one fumbling here. You'll get to raise your children and maybe someday you'll be the one find a new partner that fits you and doesn't lie.. Tell her: yeah, honestly, you're right. I don't have it in me to keep compensating for your lies | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/03/24 12:05 PM |
| 2 | Wife wanting a divorceTell her you would like to have some clarification in life. That if she wants a divorce that you guys should make it happen, because you can't live your life in uncertainty. Tell her you love her and don't want to get divorced and that you're willing to try counseling to work on whatever made her want to leave. But that if she is certain she wants a divorce that you then don't want to live this way any longer. I feel like the fact she hasn't taken any steps could be a sign that she expects you t… | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/03/24 08:19 AM |
| 17 | Get it together.I thought this is a place where vulnerability is accepted. That's not always gonna make sense, but it's still okay. The point of this sub, right? | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/01/24 10:49 AM |
| -2 | Wife gave me an insight into her angle to get more money during divorce. Not married yet, but happily engaged. I haven't had good male advice in my life so I wondered how this sub would be. I haven't seen anything but hate yet though. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/01/24 03:40 PM |

| -7 | Wife gave me an insight into her angle to get more money during divorce.Well, did she cook and wash the dishes daily? Do your laundry? Clean the house, take care of the kids, do the groceries? Because those things can take away hours on end. If you had to do all of that by yourself there might have been a chance you would not have been energised enough to work. However, if she has already left (leaving you alone) and you've done all of the household yourself yet still manage to think she didn't bring anything to your life, then yeah she might overestimate her effort… | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/01/24 10:00 AM |

| 2 | Question for men who were barred from entering their own homes/left overnight with no support & don't know how to cook - like meI have 4 small glasses, 4 big ones and 2 cups to drink. 6 big plates, 6 small ones and 6 bowls. 6 sharp knives and 2 meat knives. A set of wooden utensils (don't use metals ones on pans to avoid scratches). Buy two wooden cutting boards. Buy an airfryer (you can just chop up some vegetables and fry them with seasonings). Also buy the paper cup things that go in airfryers for less cleaning. Buy a toaster if you want fast breakfast. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/12/23 10:40 AM |

| 0 | Why Women are Walking AwayYou can't tell them anything, they love the victim mentality. Women will ask them to change for years and not be such a burden, but when she snaps and leaves they will be shocked and say it came out of nowhere. Insert pikachu shocked face It's also quite funny how they want advice and then when you give it they'll tell you you're wrong. Keep staying unhappy by yourself then, mate 🤷🏻♀️ | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/11/23 10:32 PM |
| -5 | Why Women are Walking AwayMen have a big responsibility in making sure their family is taken well care of. This is in many more aspects than just financial. If the wife takes care of every other aspect and even chips in with the financial side, which sadly is often the case nowadays, they will not have the patience anymore to communicate. Leaving and taking care of one less person is then easier. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/11/23 01:35 PM |
