The husband's main goal is to enter the family, gaining access to protection and business. He wasn't weak, he was calculative and did things aimed towards his goals. He is shown later to beat the bride and take part in the assassination of her brother (the Godfather-to-be). You are right about the wife tho, and her attitudes are better explained in the book.

I understand your concerns, but you also should put things in the right context; the weeding is an Italian one (everyone besides a select few are italians) and they are known for being more romantic (both in attitudes and text of their songs) and having a love-life attitude (especially in the 1940 where the movie is happening). Furthermore, the husband is about to enter one of the most powerful families in NY by marrying the daughter of the Godfather, and anything he could have done at the momen…

The "Chad" singer was the godfathers' godchild (almost like his son in Italian culture) and the bride was the godfathers' daughter, so obviously both of them were close to each other. Maybe go and finish the movie, there are a lot of good takeaways in it.

A 100 surplus can be (most probably is) enough, however, measuring progress would be impossible as the weekly or even monthly weight gain would be too small to distinguish it from the daily variation in weight. A surplus is necessary for beginners because it leads to more muscle growth. For more advanced lifters, a surplus results majorly in fat, not muscle, gains and hence is not recommended.

A more correct (but difficult to get right) formula would be dividing the amount of bodyfat you have by 20. For example, if you think you are around 20% bodyfat, dividing this by 20 results in 1%, which is the amount of weight you should aim to lose per week. If you are around 15%, aim at losing 0.75% of your weight and so on.

Stay on a 500 calorie deficit while cutting, bulk on a 300 calorie surplus (lower this number based on how long have you been working out). This covers the 80% of what you need to successfully cut down to 11% bodyfat and bulk up at 16%, a range of bodyfat where you will both be healthy and look good.

I would propose a different routine for beginners, which I have used on myself and friends with great success. It is called Greyskull LP and it is popular around Reddit, so you can easily find info about it. If you have questions about it, feel free to ask. The creator has also published a book where he describes it in detail. It is worth it, and you can torrent it if you don't wanna spend money.

No, 70% accounts for the total variance in the attractiveness variable. That means that 70% of changes in attractiveness ratings can be explained by strength. If you add height and leanness, the model explains 80% of the variance.

Rather than trying to answer myself, I would point you to an article on Sosuave. Read the comment of Pook in the replies section, that's where the answer to your question is. http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=16753

Some useful suplements to use would be: Whey protein - obviously provides protein for the body which is necessary to build muscle mass. It is relatively cheap compared to other alternatives and very convenient to use. Caffeine - Useful for providing energy prior to workouts. Super cheap and you can get it as a supplement or simply by drinking coffee (would take a lot of cups for the same effect). Multivitamin - While our body doesn't absorb all the vitamins in the multivitamin, using them is sti…

I'm tired of this as well. However, what you can do, is sorting the top posts and reading them. An even better way in my opinion is reading the top posts of endorsed contributors (read them all of you have time). For example, if you want to read the posts of Whisper, just search on the redpill subreddit searchbar for : author:whisper Them you can read all his posts or sort them by top posts, comments etc

You aren't downvoted for speaking up against racism, you are because of the nonsense you are talking about. Every downvote doesn't give your words more credibility, it proves that more and more people regard your comment as of low value.
