Honestly, my method of dressing better is taking a girl with me. It doesn't matter who it is (girlfriend, fwb, friend, cousin, whatever), take a girl to go shopping with you. I took my fwb shopping with me one time, she mentioned how awful I dress. Like yeah I know, I don't give a damn woman I got you anyway who cares. But then it clicked, if this fwb ends and I dress better, i could get a lot more women.

It's his first time dude. I normally would scoff at first time sex starting with the girl on top, but I remembered its this guys first time. Let her get on top, do some work so he gets more comfortable and they can get into it. If he's never done it, it's gonna be pretty damn obvious and you don't want to set the tone of the night/experience with him on top flopping around like a drunk fish.
