1	How much important it is to be fit? I have seen fat people (like rsd luke) getting hot chicks. Do you get more lays when you are shredded? It's important for many reasons. A face with less fat is more defined and powerful looking. Most classically attractive men have defined jaw lines and excellent lean ratios from shoulders to waist.
