I understand the severity of sex crimes, and I also understand the severity of murder. 8	Woman Gets Life Sentence for letting a 13 year old touch her breasts. Normally I'm against this kind of thing.. but she did receive 3 former chances, the first violation being having a 5 year old perform sex acts on her and video tape the action. The first act alone was supposed to be 70 years, which while pretty crazy, isn't exactly too out of line with the punishment. 1	Surprised to see this on facebook. Less surprised it was posted by my male transgendered friend. Well, my girlfriend and the few (read 5.) trans people I know found this to be the only terminology they agreed on due to negative media representation that had shifted towards that term. Apparently it was a personal thing, and I retract any negative comments. 2	Marana woman will not face charges for killing her husband. I have to say, with the evidence of the bloody hammer and the handgun in his hand this looks like a legitimate case of self defense in the moment. It wasn't right, but.. she didn't have much of a choice or a capacity (physically) to disable her husband. Gotta say this really isn't so much a men's rights issue as it is an example of domestic violence gone too far. Transsexual is an offensive term used by a lot of hate groups. The appropriate PC thing is "Trans" or "Transgendered". Also, If the person is a Trans Male then they are male. It's just a respect thing that's really important to the person due to it relating to acceptance of their identity (And ergo.) of them as people.
