The funny thing is if he is going by a metric of intelligence then I would argue that overall the IQ averages are about the same probably slanting in women's favor. Men populate the high end and low ends of the scale, while women are clustered more in the middle. That being said, I feel like one thing that is always overlooked in regards to disparities between men and women is the fact that men always have more reasons to work at something.
