I don’t get the point of this. Is this a “woe is me” type response? Are you basically saying you are not hot enough to type “head?” In tinder and get a response versus the idea of being direct and short which is the point of the post? That video just shows what we all know, the more attractive you are the less you have to try.

If this is your first relationship it skews how you think. The most common stereotype is holding onto the first relationship you have (especially at an older age) so the fact you’re not tells me this isn’t it. However, you gotta be ready to actually be done. I thought the same thing with my last until it ended then I was like “fuck, I didn’t recognize what I had”. It was still the right move to leave, but you have to be prepared for the reeling feelings if they come.

I was up front about not wanting anything other than using her for sex and she would blow me then drive home. I ended up stopping because I felt like a piece of shit who was using her even though I was 100% honest and she wanted it to continue.

Just want to put something in perspective. You’re saying your 28 and a virgin yet you want to start getting with younger. I’d start by getting with any age then work towards your preferences.

Sounds like she’s in her hoe phase but honestly who cares at this point. You gotta back off the interest and attention a little and she’ll either make the effort or won’t, and either way you got your answer

I guess I took it as a warning not to try to teach game but also a little bit of a humble brag. I caught the brag, but to me the guy coworker was the main point of the post.

I treat all women the same, and this is the only answer imo. I compliment their looks if it makes sense in the conversation, but they get hit on all day so if you’re biggest focal point is they’re hot it won’t work. They’re humans, and knowing they’re hit means treating them special because of it puts you in the boat with every other guy who hits on them.

Two of my best friends are hot women and they give the best advice for relationships and things adjacent to them.

Most men would much rather not have to chase. Girls showing interest is literally a make or break scenario after I engage.

This is the real question. People are answering with any nuance. Cuz I got a friend I’ll never fuck again and friend I plan on fucking soon

Get the term “Chad” out of your head. You’re implying other guys are better than you and women like them more.

Agreed. Sounds like incel shit.

If they already show interest, I typically just go right up and within 3 sentences as for their number or IG.

I may be facing this soon, as times are rocky at home. I also have three children, which outside of obviously taking #1 priority, add complexity such as women who won’t date a guy with three kids. I’m not really afraid of not being able to hook up, it’s longer term relationships that I feel will be a struggle.

This can also be terrifying if you’re tripping hard. I’ve had both experiences.

This is very sound advice. Most people don't like the thought of advising alcohol as a crutch, but unless you're in danger of depending on it then this is really good advice.

Honestly the advice is kind of bittersweet. I hear what he is saying, and maybe just approaching girls all the time is what helped me, but I have neither ducked bullets or have fear of the cold approach. The only advice I have is that cliche shitty one on this sub of "just keep doing it.". Its kind of like youre trying to quit smoking and that girl who never smokes says " just quit." It is an area where action is the only thing that can help.

You should. I always like to have the mindset that this girl is another one of my guy buddies as I approach. I'm not going to say the same thing as I would to another guy, but I will not be looking for anything other than my own entertainment and curiosity.

"The Man Who Knows What He Wants" is the album title of, arguably, Create's best album. This is the official video for the song quoted here

Ive had a lot of succes with bartenders in my life. I always point out other guys who are obviously in there to hit on them and tease the bartender about their "serious relationship" with them or "genuinly" say they are cute together.

You ask her to hang out. You dont say "i like you, lets hang out", you just ask to hang out. like you dont care if she likes you like that or not

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
