How are you meeting these women? If it's on dating apps I wouldn't worry too much, dating apps are a breeding group for self ego boosts and toxicity. The best was to meet women is in person in my opinion. But it's all about time/place. Bars and clubs are probably the worst place to get women. Honestly something I've heard works really well is the produce island in your local grocery store or a collage library

That thought is more commonplace than you think, every man deals with that even attractive men. I don't know what you look like so I can't really help you on that end but as long as you're not a neck beard (which is something you can do something about) looks don't really matter, men are attracted to what they see women are attracted to what they hear and feel. You could be a beast and still get a 10 if you know how to talk to people. Like don't get me wrong good looks definitely help, and genet…

Something else if you're feeling nervous talking to them, just remember their people too and they feel nervous too. In my experience it almost feels like the girls are sometimes more nervous than the guys, girls seem to be very worried about their public image and not looking bad. Most will be very nice even if they're not interested. If a girl treats you like shit for trying to flirt (as long as you're not somewhere weird which I'm sure you won't) then it's not really about you, they have somet…

I spent a long time asking the same question, I've read a lot of Reddit posts seen a lot of YouTube videos read a lot of blogs seen a lot of "gurus". Most of the stuff you're going to find is bullshit with little tad bits of useful information, the only thing I found that was truly helpful the whole way through was the book models by Mark Manson. It's not a super long read maybe 8 hours by audiobook. But it answered all the questions I had and it really gave me a good framework of how to interac…

The question is what do you want? If you want to date her ask her out, if you can't date her do you really want to still keep the relationship? Or are you just going to feel upset that you can't be with her because if that's how it is ask her out if she says no don't contact her again and forget about it. You don't work there anymore there's no embarrassment you have to worry about if she doesn't want to date you you never have to see her again

Depends on how ethical you are, for the most part be chill kind and confident (doesn't really matter what you look like drive or do for a living confidence goes above it all). Look her in the eyes when you talk to her and truly listen to what she's saying. Flirt give her compliments tell her you like the clothes she wearing or her earrings or the way she did her nails ETC. Something personal that she probably doesn't get complimented on a lot. If you want to be unethical do all of this and make …

Show up, be pleasant to her but don't make her your focus, try to meet someone new, meet as many women there as you can and lightly flirt with all of them, show the girl that you don't need her and who knows maybe you'll meet someone even better

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
