Cool creative writing exercise.

No. I wouldn't want to be with someone who is terminally online, obscenely insecure, and utterly delusional about the opposite sex and relationships.

I think it's dumb and extremely misguided.

She's obviously a troll, and even if she isn't, there's no way I'm trusting an 18 year old to give me advice on anything. She's got about 7 years of brain growth left. Lol

Men: Seek God. Realize that sex has a context and a purpose. Become worthy of the context and purpose. Women: Seek God. Realize that relationships have a context and a purpose. Become worthy of the context and purpose. Otherwise? You're all just going to stay miserable.

Damn near every working class person I know smokes heavily lol. Just my experience.

hardly anyone in America smokes anymore You must not hang out around working class people.

No shit? The dynamic is totally different there. How do you not see that?

That guy is great, I wish more men were willing to intervene like that if they saw young women being harassed by weirdos.

Because men don't know what it's like to be the literally physically weaker sex, and to have to live with the risk of a small subset of men being literal creeps who belong on a sex offender list. You never know which man is going to be like that, even though it certainly isn't all of them, but you know that they're there, you encounter them every once in a while, and if they take things too far, there's nothing you can do about it, unless someone else intervenes. 90% of men who "playfully flirt"…

Yeah, sometimes when men say and act in obscene ways towards me, I literally don't have it in me to tell them to stop, because I'm scared of them. Usually people who don't understand what is and isn't appropriate to say will also get very offended and potentially violent if they are corrected. Seen that a bunch of times too. It's cringeworthy on a good day, terrifying on a bad one.

Well, it's the kind of thing that people say. A relative of mine is a high school aged girl who works in a drive-thru, and frequently has weird men twice her age say things like "hey girl, can I brush your hair?". My husband worked at a fast food place when he was in high school and frequently had to intervene when the young women working there were getting harassed by weird men saying absolutely obscene and bizarre things.

A lot of the people who think "you just can't give women compliments anymore" think a compliment is telling a waitress half their age something like "if I could get you pregnant on this counter, I would" (certified Creeper Moment) and not like "I love your hair!" (the way women typically compliment each other).

I'm married, but if a man I was dating lied about his birthday, I'd break up with him and think he is an untrustworthy weirdo. I also know exactly one woman who even believes in horoscopes.

When I was younger and not as extroverted (for lack of better terms), I did get a few silly ideas from the internet, so I sort of get where these people are coming from. I hope a lot of them are just really young and inexperienced with life. Most of my silly ideas from the internet went away when I graduated from high school, started working, and made a routine of regular social contact with other well-adjusted adults. The people on here who believe in "pill theories" when they're in their mid 2…

I come on here to marvel at the fact that there is an entire community of terminally online weirdos who created a pseudo-scientific set of theories dedicated to "understanding" why they can't get a date. And I am always shocked by the latest thing these people churn out.

That has pretty much been what I wanted my entire life, minus the childish idea of how much blue collar workers make. My husband is pretty much that kind of a person.

Laziness is unattractive. Work ethic is attractive. Women are not attracted to men who will doom them and any potential children to a lifetime of poverty. Get real.

Well, I'm pretty satisfied with my life. I don't have to deal with sleazebags and my social circles are mostly wholesome and fulfilling.

Zero. May be due to the fact that I hang out with religious and conservative types, or just the fact that normal people have sexual boundaries in friendships where they don't talk about weird shit like this.

My husband has always paid for our dates, vacations, etc. We decided we were going to get married on the night we met, but for the couple of months before we actually got married, he did not let me pay for anything and was quite frankly disgusted and felt emasculated by the idea. Now, as a married couple, our money is both of ours. Before we were married, he worked at a store for a while, where I once attempted to make a purchase, but he paid for that too. He also only wanted me to have a job fo…

According to which women? I can usually tell when a man's kindness is ingenuine. I can also usually tell when a woman's kindness is ingenuine. But sometimes, people are so manipulative that it doesn't come out until later. And other people are just dumb, and enjoy drama and the cycle of abuse because it's exciting - I know men and women in this category, as well. I don't associate with people like that because they suck.

That actually is the reason for it. If you notice, they pick one body type as well - the women all have the same proportions in terms of shoulders, hips, length of their limbs, their height, etc. They really are just supposed to be interchangeable coat hangers.

The funniest one was where the generic muscular dude was just behind a tree for "shy guy". That one actually made me laugh.

I can't think of anything less sexually appealing than a dude who posts dick pics on Reddit. I don't blame your wife one bit.

Pretty much, except I think a lot of the men who are upset that some female stranger wants a man with a full-time job would reject a girl for having knees that are too sharp. I think that the girl obsessed with genetics and height is kind of weird, though. I never really understood the height obsession, and she speaks like an actual unhinged eugenicist. My husband is one inch taller than me, so I might be biased lol. The "good gifter" one also rubs me the wrong way, but I don't really put much w…
