I have been completely slacking with healthy eating and exercise. I turn 30 soon and I’ve heard it only gets harder.

I just started reading The Proper care and feeding of Husbands by Laura Schlessinger. It’s a ‘tough love’ type of book so far, but if that doesn’t bother you I would recommend it.

You can try working with the kids while he’s at work whenever possible since homeschooling offers a lot of flexibility time wise. It sounds like he enjoys being involved in homeschooling though so you could try to make it fun. Have a “curriculum date” when the kids are sleeping and go over/discuss the material over dinner, or maybe grade together while watching a movie, something like that.
