What feels correct to me is: always come prepared to pay, and offer to. If the man insists, let him.

In my relationship, we do have male friends as part of our "couple friends." But I don't have any male friends that I hang out with one on one. My SO doesn't have any female friends that he hangs out with alone either. When we first met I had a couple of male friends. Unfortunately it was quickly made apparent that they were in fact holding out for something more from me. So we no longer speak. I think I was very naive back then. This isn't a rule that I have thought out, but it wouldn't feel ri…

CeraVe Ultralight Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 is amazing and I found it at Walmart. A lot of redditors like Japanese sunscreens by Biore but those usually need to be ordered online.

How to keep the place smelling fresh when opening windows is not at all an option? I've always been able to keep the house smelling great by cleaning, doing laundry, taking out the trash and changing linens often but this winter has left our small living space with a bit of a smell.

It's helpful to embrace it imo. Tall can read as awkward or it can read as graceful. Carry yourself with proper posture (good idea for all of us but especially tall ladies) and dress for your figure. Men love legs, so anything you can do fashion wise to emphasize their length is a great thing. A-Line dresses that emphasize the waist can look so elegant on taller women (although I know they're not everyone's style). And this may be an unpopular opinion but on the subject of legs, don't be afraid …

It puts you in a bad position. If he's already got you in bed he doesn't have much motivation to commit. From his perspective it would be stupid to since you've already given up what he would otherwise be interested in gaining. If you are 100% transparent and tell him the truth, that you made a mistake when you said you weren't looking for a romantic relationship, then he might reconsider if the feeling is mutual. It's hard to say. Once you have his answer though, be prepared to stop having sex …

You kind of glossed over the fact that you've begun having sex with him since beginning to hang out again. Why is that?

I was very r/notliketheothergirls as a teenager and missed out on important socialization situations like dating and having close female friendships. I used to be sort of redpilled on the men's side, if that makes sense. Like "oh all women are stupid because they want commitment and they take advantage of men and they need to follow their own goals instead of riding on men's". Anyway it turns out my aspirations include having a family and male companionship. And it turns out you don't get very g…

We had been casually dating for about a month, no sex or exclusivity, just getting to know each other and it had been going very well. It was a hot summer day and my dad and I were replacing a roof at the family home. It was going alright, but slow, because I'm not incredibly strong and have exactly zero experience with construction. While texting with him I happened to mention what I was up to. He insisted he come over (and he lived a whole hour away!) and we got what would have been a very dif…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
