You sound like a red piller. There's no reason women can't increase their attractiveness either by gaining status and wealth. As much as misogynists like to deny it, it does indeed add to women's attractiveness (it's just that society has arbitrarily pushed the notion that only men should gain from it). Reading back, my comment was probably a bit presumptuous with stereotypes. I guess I was going by all the gay men I knew, who were by and large very promiscuous types (then again, it may have to do with the age range being <30 more than anything, though I do know one who's 50+ who is still "promiscuous" and unable to stick with the same partner for long). Lesbian here, and I can confirm you're absolutely wrong. Asexual lesbians exist, for one. Also, a "lesbian" who only likes women for sex (but prefers men for relationships and love) isn't a genuine lesbian at all. She'd be bisexual, and most likely het-leaning.

It's for the same reasons black-on-white bashing and criticism doesn't garner a passing glance - these minority (or non-privileged) groups simply don't have the systemic power or institutional history backing them up, for their actions/words to be considered a "serious threat" by society at large.
