5	How do you short guys (~5' 6") gain the confidence to talk to girls when there's so many taller and more qualified guys? I feel SO discouraged I know you said guys, but just wanted to add my two cents and say taller does not equate to 'more qualified.' I've bitten the bullet and gone on dates with a pretty diverse spectrum of attractive men and I can honestly say height was never even a factored criteria. Once, I was involved with an ex (also Asian) who, as many aesthetic qualities he had going for him, simply could not stop feeling sorry for the fact that he stopped growing at 5'7.
