Of course , I see a lot of you in me as I’m south Asian aswell , whose childhood/teenage years were spent on RuneScape (can’t believe I never got 99 strength haha) and grinded gym for 3 years in uni and just graduated and working full time . I hope to realise my potential the same you did ! Fat chance fructose 2.0 was so eye opening, thanks for the recommendation !

I think one fundemental area people miss is that you can only learn so much by reading. What really transforms a person is growth through failure. Experience failure, cherish failure and enjoy failure. You will learn so much more than trying to jump straight into the deep end at once. Take it one step at a time because this is a long fucking journey, so might aswell do it right.
