"I'm all for self-defense, but an armed person shooting an unarmed person in the back is not self-defense. You are correct in a perfect fair world, where he would've instantaneously halted as the criminals fled outside the immediate vicinity of his home. However, in my opinion "fairness" goes out the window if someone breaks into my home and assaults me. In this situation the laws of nature and of our U.S. Legal system both favor self defense and punishing of the intruder. It is dangerous precedence to rule in favor of the criminal. 5	Pussypass ALMOST denied. Possessed woman attacks man on train. If she has a mental handicap that involves her attacking people like a wild animal she should not be on a train. This most certainly was a pussypass, as the cops focused all their attention on the dude, even though the woman instigated the altercation.
