It’s safer than the uk in Bulgaria and Romania. Disgustingly cheap compared to the uk as well. You can stay in a good hotel in downtown or at the beach for $30-40 a night. Food is cheap, drinks are cheap, transportation is cheap. If you go clubbing, I can recommend which clubs to go to

You can pretty much find whatever you want in Romania / Bulgaria. One night hookups, casual sex, etc. Ukrainians and Russians are mostly more conservative, many have little experience with sex and want to wait a few weeks / months. If you’re good looking you can still definitely get a lot of casual sex in Russia though.

Budapest is the better city and better nightlife, also most expensive. Bucharest is definitely the best girls. Don’t go to Sofia, if you come to Bulgaria varna or Plovdiv would be best. Varna for nightlife and ukranian / Russian girls, Plovdiv for old town beauty and more laid back people.

The thing is you still need to have a good thing going to get a lot of attention. It helps a lot having good social skills, good money, good looks, good body and height, and to be very masculine and confident. The difference is, the average ukranian girl is usually beautiful, smart, and loyal. A girl like that in America is 1 in 100. Those qualities are the bare minimum for these American girls, but for a Eastern European girl it’s a big plus as most guys don’t have that.
