It is hypocrisy when women claim to be able to be firemen, soldiers and construction workers but still protected. Also our society values quiet over justice: you are expected to get along even if you are wronged. It used to be provocation was defense for assault - Harry Truman threatened to punch the guy who disliked his daughter's piano playing
