The question I've always had is wether or not "being myself" is beneficial. Being your self is far more beneficial than you think. It's what you bring into this world. You have something no one has. Dude, you got a be true to your self man. Open up your heart & let your self be vulnerable. Soak in all those feelings and under/inner/over stand yourself & why you feel a certain way. Find the root causes & Be mindful about it. This is when things start to change and you'll see reality in a different way. None of it be will be easy though.
