0	Do male misogynists - actually - exist? It's possible to hate women while still wanting to use them for sex. Roosh V for example has been accused of this. I imagine this kind of misogynist was more common in times past and not so much anymore. As for men who are so misogynistic they don't want anything to do with women, maybe some adherents of MGTOW would count.
