| 2 | Successful Sedditors, what did you do on your path of self-improvement to get to where you're at?It may sound shallow, but i tend to use the game and checkpount method. I think i saw it years ago when i was reading "the game" concept is to treat every encounter as a level in a game and have checkpoints. If you "die" in a game you sit there and learn not to take that route again. You learn. You adapt. Implement rejections into a good strategy.
