The court denied temporary spousal support because she has no need. Dissomaster is 0. So that was a relief.The income delta is mostly RSU

A few tips from someone in a similar situation: 1) Find a therapist (good one that jives well with you, preferably a male) 2) take a day off, find a lawyer and be the first to file for divorce. It has an advantage filing first. You can always change your mind 3) record anything that’s remotely abusive (physical emotional) video, audio, email, text 4) watch what you say, be extremely respectful. Same here. After 10 years, she and her lawyer are shamelessly harassing me by dragging the divorce and seeking spousal support when she makes more than 200k. We have no children. Toxic behavior and it’s stressful to be on the receiving end. The family law court seems biased towards females.
