Some people also think that, and they will just not talk back to you. The worst result is some shame, but even that shame will fade with practice if you do it knowing that what you do is good. Also, some people out there will admire you for doing that, even if they don't say it, trust me. If I see a random guy approaching respectfully on a bus id think "man, that's such a Chad move, this guy is a legend" even if the approach is completely weird because he is a newbie lol.

Yeah, it helps with socializing in general tooz but you should do it with the right mindset. If you are doing it and your anxiety is getting worse, you could try to talk to a psychologist or reading some books about social intelligence before the sets. YouTube has some great channels about it too, but books seem better cause it's hard to filter the trash on the video format

I guess the effects of it will be lighter if you learn some jokes about the age and use them right after saying your age, like "I'm 20, I guess you shouldn't call me daddy" and other things. Protestant christians believe that what god intended was in the bible "it's not good for the men to live alone, let's make him an equal partner" or something in genesis, we were not made to live alone, but the bible also condemns a promiscuous way of living. Bro, believing in a higher power is kinda of useless in a practical POV if you don't think that this high power deserves and wants to be served by living under his rules. Act before you think, put yourself on a deadline of like 5seconds. If you think too much you might get insecure and give up, but actually it doesn't have huge problems if you respect the lady during the approach so just go for it before your kind think of reasons to give up and be insecure.
