1	Lost temper and anger I have similar issues as you. I started going to therapy a few months ago and realised that my constant need to make others feel good at the cost of my own well being stems from childhood and emotional neglect that I faced from my father due to him always being at work. 3	There's always books and advice given on the strategy of war and acquisition. Bit are there any books or examples on how to govern once you have acquired? Anyone anyone can recommend? My professor in college told me that Arthashastra makes The Prince by Machiavelli seem like a children’s book. Kautilya was a genius and a central figure in the expansion of the Mauryan Empire in Ancient India. It basically talks about how to govern and what makes a good ruler. “Arth” in Sanskrit means Wealth and “Shashtra” roughly means “rules, manual or treatise”. 5	How to gain confidence I should already have? Dude I am honestly in the exact same situation as you. I have ADHD and that causes me to fumble and talk too fast aswell. I have always struggled with low self esteem. I recently started going to therapy and I have also read Models - Mark Manson and No moremr nice guy by Robert Glover, both great books buy therapy is also helping alot.
